How we build
From slab to move-in.
It starts under the concrete.
Before any concrete is poured, we seal the ground beneath the home with a heavy moisture barrier. Florida humidity rises up through a slab, and stopping it here is the first step to a dry, healthy house.
Built for Florida.
The structure goes up with engineered connections and hurricane strapping to stand up to Florida storms, and we seal the framing lumber with a natural clay-based treatment that protects the wood without harsh chemicals.
Watertight, then airtight.
We are water intrusion experts and ensure that your home will be water tight. The same care goes into the air seal, closing off the gaps that let humid Florida air and dust into the walls.

We open walls carefully, fix what we find honestly, and put it back healthier than it was built: assemblies that dry, air that moves, and finishes that don't off-gas into the rooms you live in.
New custom builds

Does building healthier cost more?
It's how we build, not an upgrade package. Some components — better filtration, designed ventilation, natural and low-VOC materials — carry modest premiums, and we price everything transparently so you decide with real numbers.
Are you saying this will improve my health?
No. We don't make medical claims or guarantee health outcomes. We build for reduced exposure — cleaner materials, drier assemblies, better air — and we're straight with you about exactly what goes into your home.
